PPTs for Diploma Level Metallurgy

Hi Friends,

I'm going to share a Google drive link of mine where I stored this PPTs. This link consists of PPTs on basic subjects of metallurgy.

Though I specified it for diploma students,  the subject's are usually same to one n all. Only then depth in the concepts differ. This contains only the basic level and if you really interest to start from basics , then this PPTs are really the best and easy to understand.

Subjects Available in this link:
1) Iron Making
2) Physical Metallurgy
3) Foundry Technology
4) Industrial Management
5) Material Testing
6) Steel Making
7) Mechanical Metallurgy
8) Heat Treatment
9) Metal Joining Techniques
10) Metal Casting
11) Metallurgical Thermodynamics

Intro about myself and motive of this blog

Hi Friends,
Myself Chaitanya, I'm a Metallurgical Engineering student completed my (Dip. Metallurgy) and currently pursuing (BTech.Metallurgy).
After completing my 10th, I have no idea how to move on further as I did not have any fixed career goals. I was in the hardest phase to choose either intermediate or diploma. I gave the diploma entrance exam and my rank is nowhere near to obtain Mech, EEE seat in government polytechnic college in my locality.
There's a chance for me to join Civil and Metallurgy , then my brother suggested me to choose metallurgy though he isn't aware of that branch too. He suggested me because his friend is studying in the same college and same branch (this is how career suggestions given in India.....LOL)
As I did not have any career goals, I did not think about which branch to select. My aim is get a govt college seat ( Typical middle class boy). I usually go with the flow of my life and create self interest on the things that come in my way.
Now after joining the college, meeting new friends, listening to lectures, ragging and what not. It's totally new world when you get into specified branch. Getting into the branch, I started liking it in the initial lectures itself of (Elementary Principles of Metallurgy)
It's the only subject related to branch in first year and remaining all are basic subjects (MPC, ED). A material is given for EPM, which we used to study for that subject as there is no specific book written on this subject.
Now comes 2nd year and getting into core subjects of metallurgy. We used to borrow materials from seniors as it's the only source to study. We aren't aware of the specific books for each subjects, if we knew about 2-3 books also we couldn't afford them at that stage.
So all it went on materials and hand written notes. I started searching for PDFs online for books which I know.
I was very easy to find many books and it's PDFs on each subject for other branches like Mech, EEE . But for metallurgy it isn't so easy.
My interest grew onto the subjects as each sem completes.
So I started gathering PDFs, PPTs , all e-source stuff regarding metallurgy branch from online and teachers. I may not have the best books collection from online sources but I'll try to provide all the online Materials available with me. So it would be useful to all metallurgists out there.
I know the difficulty of searching books online, clicking out each and every clickbait links hoping we get the required books for free.
If you guys have anything to share which is worth studying for other please forward it to my mail. Let's help each other, make ourselves and world better.
Peace...... :-)
